General Information:
Registration Fee:
A registration fee of $20/student for all lessons is required at the time of sign up to hold your spot and make a student account in SessionUp.
Billing Information:
Private lessons are $30 per weekly half-hour lesson. Payments are made per month which tends to be $120/month, unless it’s a 3 week month because of a holiday ($90/month) or a 5 week month if your lesson weekday has a 5th day during the month ($150/month). Payments are made via our auto billing system through SessionUp.
Lesson Times:
Lesson times depend on the teacher’s schedule and availability. Classes are offered during the day (school hours included).
Lesson Cancellation Policy:
Billing adjustments are not made for canceling lessons unless the teacher cancels or it is one of our scheduled holidays. If you are unable to attend your lesson and 24 hour notice is given, the lesson will be banked through SessionUp and can be made up at a later time according to the teacher’s schedule. Students can have a maximum of 2 banked lessons every 6 months. Banked lessons automatically expire after 182 days. If a lesson is canceled with less than 24 hour notice, it will be counted as a no show with no makeup lesson.
Proper notification must be given if an absence will be longer than 3 weeks. There will be an option to pay monthly tuition to hold your spot, but if you choose not to that, there is no guarantee that your time slot for private lessons will be available upon returning.
If you are enrolled in private lessons and decide you do not want to take lessons anymore, 2 weeks notice must be given to Idahome Music and Performing Arts LLC. If notice is not given, Idahome Music and Performing Arts LLC will be authorized to process 2 weeks worth of tuition.
